Dinner, digesting

Finished dinner, getting ready to wash the wine glasses. Food came out great, exactly as planned. Execution is key, but it's straightforward when you practice, and don't try to be fancy. Stick to what you know, and you'll be fine. Wines were not as transcendent as expected, but they rarely are.
