The perfect steak

Beef

The perfect pan-seared steak. Seared hard in olive oil, basted with butter. Cooked to a perfect medium rare in the oven. Served with a cognac mushroom sauce.

Yes. All that beef was for me.

  2. 190 celcius for about 5.5-6 minutes. For a thicker piece like this, about 6 minutes. I shoved all that meat in my mouth, it was soooo good.
