Prepping the wines - Double decanting

1995 Latour a Pomerol

Just after 2 hours of decanting was enough. Time to decant back into the bottle. Carefully, with a funnel. There was still some sediment in the Bordeaux, but I took care of that. That's why you double decant. So, both bottles placed in the fridge, to wait for the guests to arrive, and to be poured.
