Ready, set...

Ok, waiting for my dinner guests to arrive. Have been prepping for tonight, a dinner featuring seafood. Fish and all kinds of shellfish. It's a bit nerve-wracking, I've never worked with Blue Fish or Porgies before...but that's the fun part, right? A few wines and beers to pair alongside, we'll see how things go.

It's good to, you know, see people again. Seriously turning into an anti-social loner. I blame Twitter.
