The savoury clams


Yes, these are actually called savoury clams. Also called varnish clams, but we all know savoury sounds better. From British Columbia, these are so delicious. Just a touch of black bean paste, ginger, green onion, and a splash of white wine. Sweet, succulent, tender, and very creamy. Incredible flavours going on in your mouth.
