Wine for dinner - 1995 Pomerol

1995 Pomerol/Pommard

Ok, finally, the first wine for dinner. 1995 Château Latour à Pomerol, AC Pomerol. This is the bottle that JC sent over last year - of course I saved it to drink together with him. Stood up for about 48 hours, to let the sediment settled. It was stored at 10°, which was perfect. - Bordeaux always shows better at a cooler temperature. Label, ullage, cork - everything looks promising for a 15 year old wine.
