A true shucker

Kushi/Effingham oysters

You know, I'm getting quite good at this. A dozen, shucked in 3 minutes, no knife wounds, no sprained wrists, no gnashing of the teeth.

  2. Totally, taking advantage while they're still in season. I went with an Ontario chardonnay - didn't work too well, too oaked, too young.
