Rieslingfest - Prawns, by air
Another benefit of knowing your local fishmonger well is the access to the fresh produce just dropped in. My boy led me to the back, where a few crates of these beauties were waiting. Just flown in from Vancouver, these prawns were jumping and twitching and just all sorts of wonderful. What to do with such extraordinarily fresh seafood? As little as possible. Read on, we ate these 2 different ways.
