I admire a culture that takes biscuits so damn seriously. Shiroi Koibito is simply one of the most exquisite biscuits - made in small batches, using the most amazing Hokkaido milk to make the white chocolate centre. My aunt loves me and lines up in the morning to get a box - yes, they only sell a certain amount every day. Soft, delicate, perfect in flavour and texture.
