tipple before the talk
I never time these very well. Mojito season totally over, and I still have a bit of simple syrup and this bit of añejo rum left. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you never buy cheap rum. Chilled, in a tumbler, the rum is delicious. Smoky, slightly sweet. I didn't think there was that much in the bottle. All good though, a big glass before giving a wine presentation helping to warm the palate. Highly recommend, because if you're going to get tipsy, do it the right way.
